How difficult is it to change out the clutch? 3. What is the lug pattern size? 13's are getting hard to come by. Might want to chage to a different rim size.. 4. Those Old School Subarus are Awesome Cars, but the Rim Question is a Li'l bit Difficult, due to the Lug Pattern they have: 4X140 it is a non common pattern and has few aftermarket support; 4X140 could be found on old Peugeout cars mostly (14" and 15" in Steel and Mag Rims) and Renault (13" and 14") and some other cars came with 4X140 but they are Rare. The Cheapest and most usual Solution is to Redrill the Hubs to fit a 6 Lug Rim, because two of the four lugs are already in position (Diagonal) for that. Shad The oil sending unit is on the oil pump at the front of the engine. The oil filter screws onto the pump, facing the engine to your left there should be a wire coming off. That's the sending unit. Clutch is easy to change out. You can either pull the engine or drop the tranny. Shad If you want to re-drill the hubs, punch two opposite studs out, and bolt up a wheel. Two will match the wheel pattern. Then just drill the rest. shadman Posted April 11, 2012 Author Share Posted April 11, 2012 Well, the oil pressure sending unit is gone. Looks like Some plugged the access hole with a drain plug. 987687 Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 Mine is black because it leaks so much oil... hah. Tomorrow I'll go investigate for an actual wire colour.
