91 legacy (2.2) wagon consumption?

Featured Replies

Just wondering what the consumption figures should be for the car. Searched the forum and net search came up empty. Here are my figures are these low?

26.9 miles per gallon or

9.5 liters per 100KM

I was ecstatic when my 91 sedan got 24mpg average. These cars aren't especially fuel-efficient, I'm afraid... :-\

Wow - my 91 2wd wagon gets 25-30 ave, and on the freeway gets ~31-32 mpg, even at 140k miles.

I have a 91 LS AWD Wagon 5 spd and get 27-30mpg consistently here in Colorado, car has 110k miles.

I am getting 21MPG with my 92 AWD auto. Never got better then 23MPG. 112K BTW.

my 91 Legacy 2.2 5 spd still gets 30 mpg on hwy-and uses zero oil. Not bad for 224K miles just got done with 1700 plus road trip in, not a problem from it at all!
