will 2000 legacy 205-70r 15 inch, fit onto 95 legacy l wagon all four ? any problems rubbing etc...

I would check the vin plate on the inside of the door post that lists the stock tire size. That would be a start.

 

I suspect you can go oversize without trouble, but others will have to chime in. My '97 Impreza wagon lists 195/70-14 tire size as stock, but I'm currently running 205/60-16 size with WRX rims without any trouble.

ok, my brother in law needs tires and low on cash and the 15 inch are new tires , my 95 imperza has 15 inch tires and rims on it ,bought it that way , with no problems , thanks

There may be rubbing issues in the rear on the strut. Only way to know is to put them on.

205-70r 15 is the stock outback tire size 96 - 99. i don't think they will fit on a stock legacy L. unless you use outback struts.
