hi mine outback has problems and nobady does not know what is wrog

 

when the engine is cold it does not have a power and the car is shaking

 

we made big servis and changed oil, spark plugs, cabels, filters, distributur, cleen iac ventil (still in good working order), distributor(spark distributor)

 

if anyone meybi know for such a problem please gave me idea what should be changed that the car will work

If it is missing, the Check Engine Light should be on.  What is the CEL Code?

 

Does the problem go away once the car is warmed up?

 

With a engine code, we will be able to give you better direction.

The MAF sensor might be causing the problem.

2002 outback doesn't have a MAF sensor, they're speed density.

 

A failed coolant temp sensor could cause this. Do the radiator fans run constantly?

How many miles/kilometers on the car.

When was the last time the timing belt was changed?

radiator fans are working normaly they are not running all the time

 

the car has 186000 km that is 116000 ml 

timing belt has been done on 108000km that is 67000 ml

One of my first guesses here on a 2.5 SOHC would be making sure the plug wires are OEM.  Aften off brand or old OEM will be bad until the engine gets some heat into it and that causes the wires to dry out and work "better".

 

You can try taking a spray bottle after it's running o.k. and spraying the plug wires to see if any change.

 

Over here we don't have distruibutors on those engines - so I assume you mean what we call coil pack.  In my experience Diamond brand coil pack seems to be the best.
