are you saying you bought it? I've been working on a deal with this guy. if you havnt already snagged it I was supposed to be getting it dropped off either tonight or tomorrow. well see.

I'm only interested in buying it for the extra parts, thing is in terrible condition. looks like it spend 20+ years in a swampy pacific-northwest ravine

I wasn't buying it, just scouring CL for parts and came across this and thought I would share.

Rusty,,,, so much rust. Got a lot of good interior pieces, dash with no cracks, engine, trans, steering wheel, seat belts, passenger seat, tail lights, grille. ect. stripped the whole thing this afternoon in a 4 hour time frame. whole spoob there was a lot of rust. came with a spare ea63 and auto trans as well. 72,000 actual miles on car as well as engine and trans fully documented. enjoy the destruction

Subie Gal if I forget to, remind me to post up the engine number that denotes the switch from the wet sleeve EA63 single exhaust port engine to the dry sleeve version. This should help in your search.

Should have looked first! An EA63 with a engine number higher than 914674 should have the dry sleeves. A number before this denotes wet sleeves.

On another note it has always confounded me the USA got the factory green tinted glass and Australia did not!

We only got clear glass here... Yes I am envious!
