June 11, 201411 yr my 2000 otback legacy. keeps shuttering when driving. if you give it more pedal it comes out of it breifly. i tried cleaning the map sensor. i believe thats whats the issue any help

June 17, 201411 yr is the CEL on? post ths codes for us. Do you mean the engine is missing? or is there a vibration in car? does it jerk when parking in a parking lot? describe what's going on with a word other than shuddering.
June 17, 201411 yr Shuddering could be any number of things. How many miles? Auto or manual trans? Is the Check engine Light on? Is it flashing when the shuddering occurs? Any other recent work? Spark plugs? Wires? Air filter? PCV valve? Was the shuddering occurring before or after changing any of these? Edited June 17, 201411 yr by Fairtax4me
