parts needed in WA. state

Featured Replies

Recently purchased a 84 Brat in very good condition except for mild body damage on drivers front corner. Need some body parts and trim. As i'm new to the Subarus, can someone tell me what other years and models I can look for that the front body panels will interchange? Anyone in the Pacific Northwest with parts for sale? Thanks for any info.in advance.

Welcome to the board, and don't take offense if I bust out laughing as you are in the parts mecca for subarus. There are a bunch of pull-a-parts (junk yards) in WA state and too many commrades in your neck of the woods to even attempt to think about. You, my friend, are fortunate if you want to fix your Brat up by location alone. As far as body parts, with the exception of 1982 (which will fit, but the antenna is on the wrong side) all Brat body panels are interchangable on the gen 2's (1982-1987). Front fenders from sedans and wagons, I believe, will fit a brat also. There is a fender on e-bay right now. I'm sure before long you'll realize how lucky you are.

This looks like a job for Jerry and/or Pat.

That's exactly what I thought. Send me an email, I'll send you the # for "Moxey Motors". Subaru gurus.

Hi Ken Cook This is Jerry, i have just the parts that you need. Let me guess it is a 84 silver brat that got hit in the left front end. If it is i already know the brat. Give me a call 952-2855. Thanks Jerry
