It doesnt matter as it just sends a signal to the TCU, like a switch. 10 amp is fine.

15 amp is the recommended.

 

What is does is make the car front wheel drive while the fuse is in.

it's useful for mixing in a tire that is different from the other 3, and for special diagnostic reasons. It will not save you a penny in fuel cost.
