The front is done except the steering, rear is next.

These are the two tire options I'm looking at right now, I'm going to get som 1.5" spacers and open the bore up so they're still hubcentric and can run a civic wheel

Is that a 4wd just? I thought they were all 2wd.

That's awesome. That thing has one short arse wheel base. Just don't flip it ????

maxxis bighorn 27/8.5r14 is abnother option. cheaper than the ones you posted.

BFG KM2s will last a life time. I have a set on my Landcruiser and use it daily for the past 5yrs, tires still have above half life.

Another tire option would be Kenda Klever M/Ts.

post-62139-0-24018700-1461390381_thumb.jpeg found some 14x6 wheels the other day, today I found some 27x11 efx motohammer utv's tires, dot approved:)

That is just too cool! An LS V8 swap would be the icing on the cake! As much of a Subaru nut as I am I can't say I have ever seen a Justy in person, not that many around. Are you the first lifted one, I know SJR made your kit and I might be wrong but you could be the first!

Haha thanks! And that's a cool idea, but I don't think an ls would fit.

I'm not the first lifted Justy,I know of a few of them out there. "Google search shows a few"

Yes Sjr built the lift, unfortunanly about the only part of it I was able to use was the strut spacers, he built the lift for an older model 2wd, I was hoping they would be close enough, but it wasn't. :(

Did you document the build so SJR could build a proper kit? I've always wanted a justy, but now after seeing this I feel like I might NEED a lifted justy!

I was getting ready to purchase the SJR Justy lift myself... What did you have to change on it?

your in Auburn? If you drive up to Bellingham ill get it right as I didn't have a 4x4 just a older fwd to look at Scott

Any updates on how it is with those tires? Sluggish? or is the gearing ok?

I really want to know how the 27s on this thing are working out too. Trying to figure out what route to go with my 88 justy and I like the look of the tires and lift but I drive mine a lot and would like to know how it's doing.
