Identify Bearing Found in Clutch Kit

Featured Replies

Found this little bearing in my clutch kit post-54976-0-01008100-1467782298_thumb.jpg. So far I have not found any diagram in my repair manuals that includes it... Anybody know what this thing is for/where it is supposed to go?

Maybe those early 1800's too? But the 1800's generally start the next style of pilot bearings.

In your clutch kit, did you get a throwout bearing and a pilot bearing?      And also this 'third' bearing?

What kit did you end up buying - it's been a few months since that post.

I got the Luk kit. Yeah it had an NSK throwout bearing, a KBC pilot bearing, and this thrid bearing.

Then it must be what Moosens states - an earlier version of pilot bearing.   Prior to any hint of my mechanical experience - like steam engines.

What Luk part # did you get - is it the right one, hopefully?

Well I sure hope so. Its all hooked up now and matches my old Fuji one that came off the car... so I assume its the right one. I got the Luk #15003
