I know the obvious answer is Brumby/Brat seats.

 

Are there seats from any other models that just bolt straight in?

 

This is my first post, be kind to me .

any front seats from a "MY" series ie 1981-1984 wagon, coupe , sedan will just bolt in. All others usually require some adaption to be done.

I have read early MX5 (Miata to the US readers) will drop in with a small amount of elongation. I have also heard early Mazda 929 buckets, but they have quite a thick back on them (unlike the MX5) and may restrict your recline options.

Ford Escort seats will also work (not sure what that translates to Down Under,) with the GT variety being a great improvement.
