Mine is old and cracked, sometimes leaks water vapor, anyone know where to get these discontinued items or how to fix an old one with a broken circle?

Maybe an o ring?

Or gasket sheet blank. Or sheet rubber of your choice. I have bought sheets from mcmaster Carr and MSc direct. Then cut to match.

Yes. Also depends on what one you use. Many off road guys use it to seal things like the distributor cap because sometimes their whole engine is under water.
