colemanapp
undo one end of your u joint off the splines, go back into car, straighten wheel, then put ujoint end back on. you'll have to loosen both ends of the ujoint to get it to slide off. Probably same way you installed it.

wtdash
So, no offense to Matt, but I've removed my steering wheel multiple times on many different Subies to straighten it, and never had any issues. Granted, this was probably less than a 1/4 turn.........Is there a 'point of no return' if you overdo it?
