Need Help Finding Replacement JDM Thottle Cable

I need to adjust the throttle cable in my car but the part of the sleeve that clips to the firewall is broken, rendering any adjustment useless.  If any members live outside the US, would you please run this part number for me to see if its still active?

This is the part number for a 1993 WRX Type-RA throttle cable, but I'm not 100% that is what is on this car.  (It's not a EA82 or EA82T cable, that is certain.)
