Who steals a 9 year old Subaru from a downtown parking garage? 

Meitner some guy looking for parts or the dumbest crook on earth?

or I guess maybe just a guy proving he can do it. 

Anyway, I’m waiting on details about the car from. A friend. If you have any info holler .

Wouldn't a 9 year old Subaru have a chipped and/or laser cut key? I know my 08 wrx does and I think it would be very difficult to steal. Guy must be a pro. 

You can put one of these under the e-brake and against the shifter in Park. It will also secure the center console lid. They're about $15 shipped on eBay.
