It is a Hitachi,but,other details are hard to pin down w/o the carb #.

Probably will.Compare it to your carter weber manifold.I think the 1600s are narrower(shorter).

If they are the same length,then the hitachi is for an ea81 like yours.

Very likely a later model EA81 intake. No thermostat housing so it's not EA82. It's got the AC idle up pot so probably a later Brat with the EA81.      GD

It’s an EA81 intake looking at the location of the thermostat housing - as GD said. 

I’m not up with the width measurement of these intakes so can’t help there. 

If you fit this to your EA82, you’ll need to run the EA81 upper radiator hose. You’ll also drop a bit of power but probably not notice. This is due to a smaller carb. They look the same but the EA81 is actually a bit smaller - you can’t swap them between EA81 and EA82 or vice versa without an adaptor plate or other mods.
