February 18, 20206 yr The RELAY is under the dashboard beside the main loom power relay. The power wire to the fuel pump is usually a thick black/red stripe wire. Cheers Bennie
February 20, 20206 yr Not sure where you’re at with your diagnosis but I’d just like to say that if you’re tracing and can’t find what’s wrong go to the pump , and check the connector that feeds through the cover. Mine toasted out and I spent way too much time hunting the relay and all that. Good luck.

The Denso pumps have a pigtail with a plug on each end, one for the pump and one for that connector. My wife was on her mail route she called and said she could not hear the fuel pump run. I grabbed my spare pump and a box of other stuff and tools and we swapped cars. Lucky I had some wire with. I wire nutted onto the pump wire inside the tank and hooked to a wire with a cigar lighter plug. Drove home and replaced it.
