EA81 HITACHI FUEL INLET

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can find a factory fuel inlet for an EA81? Its the Y type with the return. Thanks!

GD ?

Makes it easier to retain the rest of original bits such as return hose and fuel filter up front.

I pulled one off my single when I fitted up my twins, for fear of screwing things up if I didn't.

Pulled another the other day off another single Hitachi in case a Weber conversion needs one.

Got the Weber, the return line fitting, just need adaptor plate and a recipient :)

I have that fitting, but the smaller return line broke off. I have both pieces if you were to braise them together. I’d send the two pieces to you for cost of shipping.

Im willing to give away my original Hitachi carb that was on my 82 GL wagon. I have the Weber installed and have no need for it. I have a rebuild kit to throw in too. Just shipping is all I ask. Its from a EA81 engine.

@demo,

Wow thanks alot! I'd hate to take the whole carb and your rebuild because I can guarantee I will never use it and I'd rather they go to someone in need. If you are willing to send the inlet tho I would greatly appreciate it!
