I'd like to replace the seals on the glass itself, the ones on the roof are good. Anyone have a part # or spare ones?

AFAIK they were not a separate part from the glass itself. All that stuff is no longer available (NLA). You'll probably have to make them yourself.

If you’re talking about the seals under the plates for the hinges/latches, use an old bike tube to make new seals. 

I’ll be doing this with mine soon as they’re letting water in during mild rain events. 

Other way to do it is with sikaflex or some other sort of elastic like silicone, it could get messy but it could come up good too.
