Thanks.. That's it.. For some reason the pics wont load for me does anyone else have this problem??????

And can anyone that has done this tell me is it better to try this mod or go for a weber??? Which will give me some more take off and passing power???

The Weber is better for take-offs, but neither one will do anything for passing power. The only way you are going to get more high end on an EA81 is to change the cam. Compression ratio helps a bit too. That being said, I have no trouble passing in my Brat.

The webpage should be working. Worked for me this morning.

The weber will give you more power than the hitachi, even with the mod. The mod will probably give you 10%-15% increase in power while the Weber would probably give you close to 30% more power. But, a junkyard carb is $20 as aposed to a weber which is closer to $300.
