Yeah there should be multiple stop points. The lever that controls that is on the bottom of the columb aling the centerline, if I remember right.

Yes only one lock position, but you should be able to adjust this to any position that you want. I think this is how it is supposed to work

 

1. Set position of tilt while driving

2. Prep to exit car

3. Tilt steering up

4. Exit (Wow that was easier with the wheel out of the way)

5. Enter car

6. Pull wheel down and locks in driving position

7. drive it like Solberg

 

Personally I never touch the thing, just set it and forget it. Hope this answered your question

the jump up is the button you push in on the left

 

the tilt is the lever that is above your knee
