Has anybody had any experience with these things or seen them fitted to know whether they are worth the money or not

Caboobaroo, I would have thought that being in the USA you guy's would have better access to obtaining these items more so than we Aussie's.

I beleive that there are those indiglo gauges available for Subaru. There was a posting a while back on this, and I discovered that they were available for my 96 Outback! I don't know if this has been archived, or disappeared off the deep end..

I installed a set on my outback, They are gorgeous however they are a pain in the rear end to install, since you have to pull the hands off of your guages they are very difficult to get back in the right spot took me 3hours to get it right I also painted the hands since mine were white before. I love the look and I am very happy I did it but it does take some patience.

When you push the hands back on make sure they move freely if the drag on the face they lag a little I had to go back in and adjust my tack and temp guage.

Just don't get them from Makoto Auto Trends, the ones I got from them don't work, and they are being pricks about exchanging them.

check on ebay, there is ALWAYS a set of the reverse glow guages on there for 95-96 legacies anyways

yeah those are usually the ones from Makoto.. those guys have HORRID customer service.

I would advise against the ones on EBAY, they are crap!
