Hello all. Just wanted to say I'm new. I'm on my 3rd subaru. I had a '79 fwd wagon 10 years ago, then an '83 4wd wagon, and just now have bought an '86 brat. The Brat hit a deer a few years back, so I have some work do, (or parts to replace) in the driver's quarter and light frame. Possibly the grill. I pick it up next week. Thanks for having me!!

welcome , i think there are a few members pretty close to you , or in IOWA , OR WI ,

Welcome! The more Minnesota members, the better! I live in south central Mn, but I do make it to the cities quiet offten, so let me know if you need brat parts! Did you buy the Brat that was on Ebay in Kenyon? Kurt

Yeah that was me:). So did I get took? I have a friend who grew up in Kenyon, so his brother got it and is bringing it here next time he comes up. I can't wait to have it here. Thanks for the welcome!!

Since you go to the cities, maybe you know some about this- when I had my '83 wagon, I used to go to a junkyard in Baldwin WI. Do you know if it's still there?

Tim

Boy, I have never been to Baldwin that I can remember. MorganM or Archemites may have though. As far as the Brat on ebay, I just remember seeing it on ebay, and that it was hit by a deer. How far north of the cities are you? Kurt

Welcome to the board.

We can always use more members.

I think you'll find the folks here have all the answers when it comes to Subies.

I live a little south of Grand Rapids. Thanks for the welcomes everyone. I have to say that this is the best, most developed bulletin board I've ever participated in.

Welcome from another newbie...

I live in Seattle. Once, I saw a Brat that had been painted in the Seahawk NFL logo colors. Looked like factory work, but I don't see how.

I love the wagon I just bought.. and I may get the thing running soon. I'm actually trying to get a fuel question answered over on another thread.

Even with the wagon not running, I look at it and am glad I sold my old Toyota. I know I'm going to have a lot more fun in the wagon this summer...

WELCOME!!!

I was looking at that brat....but didn't get it....obviously, I go to college in Duluth @ UMD, and will be up there on and off over the summer (my girlfriend lives up there), but now I'm down at my parents place in the western suburbs of minneapolis...watch the offroad forum for what I'm up to, and I hope to see ya around!!!
