also, I know there are a couple of folks out there with the dual carb set-up...

can somebody get a closeup pic of the mounts for the synchro bar.

 

I had to mkae my own, but I'm still curious what a stock one looks like....

unfortunatly the only Hitachi EA71 carbs I have are back in Oregon, along with my EA71 dual carb setup:(

You can always take the remaining needle to a good machine shop. They can fabricate one for you. May cost a few bucks, though.

i got 2 spare carbs sitting in my garage...

 

that valve is the idle mixture adjustment screw right???

anyway to get pics... I need to have one exactly like the one I have...

 

after talking with a racer friend, I definitley want to get a "factory" one. don't want to use one off a weber....

mine looks exactly the same and the other is pretty darn close...

the one on the left is the same as yours and when i took it out there was no slop in the screw... the second is off an older carb i think... its got no auto choke or anything and its very plain...

 

its yours if you want it... i'm sure i can just pop it in an letter and send it to you...
