I wheel with Jeep and Toyota guys all the time; they love seeing new stuff on the trails! Can't avoid catching some flack for driving a 'lesbian mobile' or this other guy keeps saying I'm part of the 'burkenstock' crew.

They are just jealouse I go where I go with 1/3rd the money into my junk!

so do you go wheelin with those other guys?

I have not been with those guys since I modded my Subie. I used to have a couple of Jeeps before my eyes were opened to world of 4WD Subarus, now you see what I drive.

Most of those guys have been stationed away from here. I do ride my Wagon with several Jeeps and trucks around here now. I love the "WTF?" looks. So far I have pulled out a 4x4 Cherokee (twice) that got stuck trying to follow me. I watched a 4x4 Nissan truck (with lift and 32"s) get high-centered where I just went and watched a Ford FX4 and a Chevy Z71 dry-hump a hill my Subie just walked up. That was cool. The guy with the Ford had his girl with him and watched me go up it no problem. She was giving him hell because his "big truck" could not make it. If I knew all of that was going to happen, I would have put a bunch of groceries in the back of the wagon for effect:drunk:

I love these damn things.

That is awesome!!! These cars always seem to amaze non-subie fans. Ive done something similiar, crawled a spot that a full size blazer couldn't, and he has four more cylinders than us! Props, your Subie beats mine, but it looks very clean!

83 Wagon, D/R

84 Hatch, D/R

86 Wagon AT; parked

Brat;soon to come!!

theres no need to fear, underdog is here!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, whatever happened to the Underdog decals we were going to get made? I still think its a good idea! Kurt

 oh that just ticks me off.i always say"don't knock em,till you've owned a subaru"
