Trebeca Owners....

Featured Replies

I talked to our sales manager the other day. The Tribeca is selling steady retail, but like hotcakes to exporters. Russians are buying them and taking them down to Baltimore to ship them to Russia. We've been selling like 50 a month. Exporters are also shipping them down to South America.

Interesting.

Is this a reflection of respect for the AWD systems or what?

i see these clams all the time, at the dealership i work at, people say that they grow on you. If one of those ever grew on me i would have that part of my body amputated... god i hate them:rolleyes:

Got one back in early June...Love it! I've had several Subaru's over the years (my family has owned over 10), this one is by far the nicest of them all! My ONLY complaint, the stereo is weak! I traded a 2003 Mercedes ML500, that cost me roughly $1800 every 8 months or so in pads and rotors. I DO miss the V8 and Xenon headlights, however I'm adapting (sort of) to the V6. The car handles very well on and OFF road. I live in a rural area of PA, and the car is out in the woods 3-4 times per week (I have a Beagle). The vehicle seems to want to go anywhere, winter will tell the true tale, but hey, it's a Subie! I have the 7 passenger with NAV system...I would NOT own a vehicle without GPS at this point. Cargo space is acceptible (with the far rear seats folded down). The odd shape of the roof does limit "wide" boxes near the top of the rear gate. "Sport-Shift" works very well when left in "Sport." I find if I manually shift in "Sport-Shift", the shift points have significant lag. I must say, I usually DO NOT purchase first model year vehicles, however I have a GREAT dealer, and they have been 100% over the years. I had no fear in acquiring my B9. What else do you want to know? I give it a 9/10 (-1 for the "premium" stereo).

The XT was ugly, the brat ugly, the justy ugly........whats new?!?!!?!?! I like em still but what they look to me is SUPERIOR to other cars.

I am the proud owner of a brat and would definately rather drive the tribeca than most of the other new POC on the road today, unless someone wants to let me take a cruise in their new SALEEN?? Anyone??? Please???

Dang stupid B9. I hate it, it's so ugly. But.... I feel it growing on me. Maybe I'll pick one up in 20 years for $1000 and get Mudrat to put a dual range in it. How cool is a wheelin' minivan?

No one has one? Kinda like the Baja, isn't it?

Come on. SOMEONE'S got one.

hi, OK i have one just bought it a week ago. i have the limited 7 pass. with all the bells and whistles. and i love it and my wife loves it too.I like the styling, also pleanty of interior room for the second seat passengers. third row is kind of useless but will keep it folded down as its just the 2 of us. And i also have a 03 baja and i love it handles real well with the 17 inch tires and rims i put on it. so poke all the fun you want with these 2 vehicles i think they are both great. i traded a 2003 envoy for the tribeca and it out handles the envoy in just about every aspect. Suby_Tribeca_man also known as theSuby_Baja_Man :)
