I saw something very unusual today. I saw a Forester that was badged as a V6. When did Subaru start making V6 Foresters or is this a joke ?

Well, TECHNICALLY, it is a 180degree v-angle V6. Sounds to me like GM badge-engineering.

I could put a Triton V-10 badge on my brat.. doesn't mean it is.

 

 

I have NO badges on my Legacy.. does that make it a plain "Subaru"? (Rear trunk "light" has the word Subaru in it.. didn't want to try and change that.)

I once saw a toyota with a "VTEC" badge on it:rolleyes: . Don't you guys get it, badge engineering is good for at least 10 HP.

OK Guys....I get it. Someone was having some fun. I knew the Forester was only a 4 but I thought I missed something.

i put a subaru badge on my friends blazer
