Xt6 Awd Info Needed

Featured Replies

Im looking to owning an XT6 AWD in very good to mint condition. I have never owned one, but have owned 10 other subarus, including three legacys, and GL's and GLF's. Any info you can tell me about this car

i've owned like a dozen and have 6 or so right now...so the answer to your question is "yes".

Have one myself that I'm restoring. 2.7 litre horizontally oposed 6 cylinder (XT6.) Depending on the tranny that's in there you would probably have a center diff lock, but not the dual range. I read somewhere that the XT / XT6 has the least co-effecient of drag out of any vehicle... making it the most aero-dynamically designed car.. at least of its time. Anyone back me up on that?? It's a great looking car and the XT's are fun to drive. I was also told the XT6 is the "prototype" of the SVX.
