Anybody know where I can find out what the official names of colors on older Subarus were? I saw a metallic green Loyale with these really cool yellow stripes, and I wanted to know what color my "black" Loyale really is. Also thinking about repainting my car since it's getting pretty chipped up.

Did you look in the brochures and vintage ads that are on the home page of this site? They have all the 80's stuff. You might try there.

i know the dark metalic blue on my 86 rx is called twilight blue metallic.
