Heading to PA Tomorrow AM

Featured Replies

We're headed to Lebanon, PA to pick up a parts Brat. If you see a silver Ford F-350 towing a Ya'l-haul with a 2nd Gen Brat atop... give us a beep and a wave!

Cell phone will be on.I'll be in Stamford all day, then maybe going to Brad's over the Tappan Zee Br. if you go 287.

Hope you don't even need me.Good luck and watch out,I'll be out there driving.:)

So,what's going on here?Delivery of Brat to Lebanon?? I like Lebby, nice little blue collar town.Good diner there!

Hey Mary!!! I was born in Lebanon PA.

You have my number if anything happens and you around Danbury???

No... really Connie??? That is WILD! Small world.

Paul... I think the Tapanzee is part of the route... we're turning right back around and coming home. No we're getting one there... cheaper to buy the whole thing with shipping like it is.

It has everything I need to finish the '86.

See the pics in my gallery.

Down and back... we left at 5:45 am and returned at 10:10 pm... long ride.

No incidents except when some bonehead didn't realize we were towing and wedged himself between our trailer and a Jersey barrier on the GW Bridge... never touched either us or the barrier... he was rather stuck in time trying to decide how to get out of the situation... Tim brought him back to reality as only Tim can do... ya gotta love him for his candor.

The "parts" Brat I thought I was getting isn't at all a parts Brat... it's a beautiful, dealer maintained Brat and won't be parted out. So... I'm in the same boat I was in before...

I appreciate all your offers to step up in case of problems... thanks!

glad to hear your parts brat turned into be a good brat, saves another one from being scrapped:banana: can we see pics:brow: , sorry about always asking for pics, but i like to see the ones around the east coast.

Glad to hear of your good fortune. Funny, I bought a Brat recently to replace the old brat since there's some body issues I wasn't happy with. I decided the new brat was too nice to turn into a "working, playing" truck so it'll be stored and cherished and polished. My older brat is now up and running again and I'll be addressing the body issues with it some other way. Best wishes with it and good luck too.

Just took a pic at your new Brat. I can understand why it is no longer a parts Brat. It couldn't have gone to a nicer person. ---ed---

Ed, you must have looked at her 86 brat she got a while back, and just had painted viper red, thats the one she bought the parts brat for.

Kudos Ed! This one also has some rust issues in the undercarriage that can be repaired pretty simply. It's far from the negative ad he posted when selling it. I think it scared most people from bidding and that's why the low price.

We had asked for more pictures, and he sent lots of the underside. It looked pretty scary without actually touching and tapping on it. We may find more than we've seen once we get to work, I hope not... I hate to hack into such a pretty car.
