JohnnyB
Looks like I have a small leak in the upper cooling hose, I know now I should have changed them out last year when I did the flush and fill. Any reason not to get one from Advance Auto or the like, or is the OEM the only way to go.
ballitch
as far as radiator hoses, i think anyone is probably as good as anyone elses rad. hose, but you can buy the OEM one if you want, but i dont think its necessary. ~Josh~
Strakes
I've been running Gates brand from Advance Auto on my wife's 93 legacy for the last 50000 miles. I bought the pre-molded kind. IIRC, they were only about $12 each...top and bottom. No problems yet.
Setright
Yeah, as long it's moulded to the right shape, you can pinch a few pennies here. (Stay way from anything that says "universal" - in fitting terms)
JohnnyB
Thanks guys, I figured as much, but thought I would check with the experts. Not a huge difference in price, but the local AA is much easier to get to and I want to fix it while we have a spell of mild weather.
