February 13, 200620 yr For those who didn't konw....I just picked up The PoopenVagon, built by MorganM, Cared for, and modified some, by 95lwrx for the last few months.... Anyway, he had done the timing belt tensioners not long ago, so I didn't worry about it, but it turns out he made the same mistake I did the first time I did my own tbelts....didn't replace that idler.... And what it did to the drivers side belt... so remember, don't neglect that idler, it can wreak havoc on your motor!
February 13, 200620 yr I just had to have mine replaced this week, as it seized and sheared off the teeth on the driver's t-belt.

Here I drew a picture: I had something like that happen in my blue wagon....except it was one of the ball bearings out of my right front CV, I was going closer to 75, and then the ball came back, and cracked my windsheild!
