Well today,

Noah (Noahdl88) and I put in rear disc brakes and front and rear adjustable shocks on my loyale. After some hard times and wrench throwing times. we finally did it.

Peace

John

Very Nice.

How hard was it to put in the rear disc brakes?

Not hard. If you have the right parts and tools. I think the hardest part was bleeding the brakes.

p.s. Takes Zapar for the jack stands I'll get them back asap!

Everything went real well, bleeding brakes is bleeding brakes, meh.

the only part we had problems with was getting the piece that goes forward from the rear arm, the bolts did not want to let go, and after much frustration we were able to get two out, and the third got totally mutilated.

Everything is good to go though, so thats nice. Soon we'll get him a lift and some proper tires and then the real fun will begin.

And all of this without a single beer or a swear word
I think i swore a few times, shhh don't tell.Next time there had better be beer though.

such shoddy technique is bound to catch up with you eventually. Next time I hope you'll be properly prepared.

:headbang: And all of this without a single beer or a swear word!

really i mean i could see doing this with no beer but no swearing never you can't work on acar with out one of those

I don't have to swear at it; I have a large sledge hammer and impact tool to "persuade" the ornery ones.

We have no yet installed the sway bars, but the trailing arms were used.

this car will probably become an offroader, so the sway bars may stay off.

John's call.

I still owe you money don't I?
