March 11, 200620 yr Yes, pics would help... WTF is a "Dimulator"? What is the problem with the transmission? Mabe we can trace back to get our deffinition for the part through following your diagnostic path?
March 11, 200620 yr Author whan i'm pressing down the gas pedal, it goes 1 gear down let say from 3 to 2 but , it make noise more then it goes, i mean it dosent change fast, what can be the problem?
March 12, 200620 yr It could be the governor. I've heard that the gear in it ends up apple core shaped and it causes misshifting.
March 12, 200620 yr who told you there was a dimulator in an auto transmission edit: what does said part do
March 12, 200620 yr Your 'dimulator' is right beside your 'kerfluffle valve', it's the thing that looks like a dollar sign. It's function is unknown, because after buddy fixes it, nothing has changed.
March 12, 200620 yr Here is a try at the solution. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/USRM2/Transmission/Governor/ATgovenorclean.htm
