My 91 Justy 4wd with 30,000 miles has a transmission problem. It starts and runs. However once the motor warms the transmission drops out of all gears. The car will not go.

 

How much is a new transmisson?

The transmission works when the car is cold? But not when it is warmed up? You can check www.craigslist.org and look for Justy in the cars and trucks and in auto parts, some people might have them for sale, cheap, and you can take the tranny out.

Is it an automatic, it kinda sounds like a vacuum leak.

if it's ecvt, it could be the brushes
