i would probably start with an ej22 swap. if your looking for some good power.. or at least drop a weber on the ea81 or ea82.. thats the first thing I did.. And a cherrybomb if your using the ea81, and like an accel or msd ignntion coil always helps alot!

Weber from carbsunlimited 32/36 ea81 kit around 400$ after shipping

Smaller air filter for Weber from Bow-Wow was 19.95$

Cherrybomb from shucks about 29.95

Msd Blaster 2 coil around 60.00$

2WD dist Pull A Part 18.50$

thats a good start

well i have been building on mine for 2 years now ya its been quite a project. and well to say the least unless you have A LOT of time and ALL the tools ie plasma cutter and welder its just a waste of time. i really loved my subie the way it was with just a 4in lift. i had a lot of fun and the looks were great.. but then again i sitll havent takin her off road with the new setup. oh and update on the project. final got teh steering done. but all i have to get now is drivelines... its geting closer and closer...

Bone stock ain't all that bad, git er through some deep shizzle and get wierd looks from all those dudes in their big jacked up rigs. (How the hell did you get all the way up there!!??)

Your not going to do that for long before you have some serious breakage. Theres quite a few here that can attest to that. The coolness factor will be wiped clean when your trying to figure out how your going to get your car home.

Brandon, where you been? Get that Hatch finished, darn it. You would be driving it now if you had left it alone:D
