Thanks a million Joe! I just bought a van for my family and I wanted to cover all bases. 5000 dollar van I got for 1700 on ebay. Not too shabby. I got it soo cheap because apparently the guy is a moron. He shot the pics of it as traded (Very dirty) and he listed it as a caravan not a grand caravan. He didn't even list all of the options. The funny part is that he's a used car dealer. Man, I could really make some money if I got back into it. Anyone want to go into the used car business? Dennis? Dave? EJ? Anyone local?

the free offer I was using was expired. I would have posted it, but when I found it, it was only valid for 15 more minutes so I just ran it myself. If I find another, ill post.

 

that being said, carfax doesn't catch everything. I have had 2 claims on my car...one was $3500 and another was just shy of $1000. Neither show up. The $3500 was an act of nature, and the $1000 was an act of vandalism/hate targeted against me from my girlfriends roomie...long story:rolleyes:

 

Anyhow, I also know of people who have totaled their car and it hasnt showed up either....so the old saying "Buyer Beware" still stands I guess!
