November 5, 200619 yr Hi! Last night my radio just went out! There is still lights (station on AM/FM, Track on CD...) but no sound! I check the fuse (#9) and he's still good! Another trip to the dealer?
November 5, 200619 yr Stock Radio or have you messed with it or installed a different radio? i would guess stock, who would go to a dealer and say my Aftermarkert radio isn't pumping!

November 6, 200619 yr Maybe something is messed up with the radio itself then if the fuse is good. I live in NY but do projects in Canada sometimes and I love it. My favorite two things are when Canadian's say 'right on', and when they refer to Tim Horton's as "Timmy's".

I was getting some stuff for my girlfriend. But it did it again this morning! The radio was playing and then... Nothing! But when I closed the door it start playing again. Must be a loose connection somewhere...
November 7, 200619 yr If the lights and digits are on in the radio, then an external wiring problem is pretty much out of the question, unless you are using an aftermarket amp. The chances of all speaker connections going bad at once are very, very limited. My money is on an internal failure, as a single cold solder joint can in the amp section can cause this problem. Or, the plug on the back of your unit, so to speak, is not all the way on.
