no key to outside door,but some type of aftermarket key for ignition.

had to break into car,in the middle of safeway's parking lot.

still sitting in safeways parkinglot.owner hasn't called back in 2 hours.called several times.

freaking out now,not understanding how i9 got myself into this mess.

 

i obviously did not know if i locked the doors that i would not be able to get back in.

now i have a car sitting away from house that i am responsible for and not happy about it.

sorry for the rant.

on all the alarms (factory) that I have had from subaru all you had to do was make it go off (open the door etc) and put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position 3x: starting from the off pos, on, off, on, off, on, off and it would stop it from going off. It will now be disabled but if you lock the doors it will reactivate the next time you park it.

 

 

Would help if we knew what car this was.... ;)

what year is the car? some they are in the hood release bracket, some just hang by the box others are close to the column
