finally got me a weber (thanks brian!). now i need an air cleaner. what you guys running? i checked ebay not much on there. any sites i should look at? post pics of what you got, if you can, or model #'s will do. thanks!!

If you search Weber 32/36 in Ebay you will turn up two. Also one in the Ebay store. 24.99 shipped and looks to be the same on that comes with the kit from Redline. You could also check Redline out.

Yeah Jonas, i bought a weber air filter assembly new off ebay. Pretty cheap, sorry i didnt include one but the one i Had was pretty bad and you would be much better off with a new setup.

yeah np. not like they're expensive or hard to come by. carb cleaned up real nice. try to get on next weekend. do i need to block off (fill in) that little oval hole w/the tub in it thats on the manifold? if so whats a good filler. i'm thinking JB weld.

Yeh most people use jb weld and a bit of fly screen to stop it from dripping down manifold.

 

I made my air cleaner out a street sign, now thats cheap, Pretty much 2 ovals cut to the size of the air filter you picked with the carb top shape cut out in one, a few whole to bolt to carb and bolt imberteen eachover and you have an air cleaner. I picked the largest filter I could get that would fit with the spare tire. A plumbing/gas shop can sell you the fitting to connect the pcv line. I like a big filter cause I supose you can leave it longer without changing it.
