cruise control reset...

Featured Replies

just kind of wondering if it is normal for the cruise control to not want to "resume" after stopping at an intersection - will "resume" fine if i just slow a little - like for a car turning ahead of me, but if i slow below 25 mph, like to make a turn, or stop at a stop sign, etc, it will not "resume", i have to manually set it again...

just thought it was wierd as every other car i have ever had with cruise would resume fine under any circumstance, unless it was shut off.

car is a 90 Legacy LS wagon, AWD, Auto

As far as any of my newer Subes are concerned

(94 - 2003) They all loose their setting when

the speed drops below about 25 MPH.

Hope this helps

Yeah, my own OB holds to about 23 MPH, but the "official" speed (as found in the owner's manual) is 25.

Indeed, even with my machine the cut off is 25(ish). Though, maybe it's cause it's a sports/touring car, but this here SVX let's me do cruise as high as I want (120 lol)

well considering the speed limit on the interstate here is 85mph, everyone does 95-100 on I-10 so I hope it doesn't cut off at 90 or I'm not gonna be very happy = pretty pissed.

It's a 7hr drive to california from my spot so I dont want to spend the whole drive pressing the gas pedal.
