Yes there is. It takes a good set of side cutters or a hacksaw, or what ever.

You just cut thru where the line goes thru at the narrowest point. Then bend the top and bottom out of the way and pull the line out.

And then just bend the braket back on place after all done?

or, make 2 cuts and you don't have to bend anything. I like to use a dremel with a reinforced cutoff wheel.
