What the hell is a 'Rotated American'?

I think it has to do with Rotary Club membership. However, that's a pure guess.

That's funny Caleb. I asked Ed that exact same question. I saw the sign on the way up and wondered what it was and then asked him when he sent me the pic.

reminds me of the sign i saw goin up pikes peak in Colorado, "Bigfoot crossing" with a sketch of bigfoot on it..
