August 28, 200718 yr drill it and retap? if you want to put another one on later. otherwise there's always the ol' hacksawzzz
August 28, 200718 yr Author So no un-clocking it? Just do the opposite of putting it up a notch. not without that bolt I can't get a drill centered on the bolt remains to drill it out... I'm gonna check and see if I can get to it through the adjuster under the bed... actually, if I cut the adjuster off, that would do the trick .... hmmm....
August 28, 200718 yr sometimes you can start your center hole with a small bit to drill it out. it won't get moved around like a big bit. don't go deep just enough to make a pit that a bigger bit can hold till its past the rough surface.

Works 9 times out of 10 for me..
