Has anyone ever heard of a rim company called "Ensure"? Might also be the rim type... I was refinishing some alloys I got from an XT turbo and realized that they don't look like other suby rims, also they don't say Subaru anywhere on them other than the centercaps, and printed inside the hub they say Ensure. I'll post pics later today.

That is a fantastic list of wheels, however my mystery rim is not there.

I´ll Love to see a Pic of it! ... Some time ago, I had a "Cheviot" brand rim on my White Wagon, but it came from a Peugeot. Same Bolt Pattern, Different Design.

Definately a later 80's EA82 rim. Looks too much like it came off a UFO for me, but hey - any alloy is better than steels right?

They do look ufoish. I originally bought them just for the tires but as you said alloy > steel. I actually like the look of the stock steelies better but their offset is too high, these alloys have 1-2 cm lower offset.
