December 5, 200718 yr from my understanding one of the wholes is off a smidge and me personally I would use the tdo4 but I really don't know I would wait for more knowledgeable responses.
December 5, 200718 yr downpipes are totally different. You'd need to put a flange from the stock IHI RB5 downpipe onto it. Uppipe flange is similar, rear stud needs to be moved back like 1/2"

It would be most cost effective to purchase a flange (see above) and have your local exhaust shop bend and weld a downpipe to match. You'll be hard pressed to find another up-pipe in reasonably good shape, especially locally... Yours is rusted out, most of the rest of them in the area probably are too. A competent exhaust shop should be able to cut the flanges off your up-pipe and fabricate a new one.. I have a matched up- and down-pipe for the VF7 in reasonably good shape, with good catalytic in the downpipe, if you're interested in paying a small price plus international shipping...
