Does the 1984 GL wagon have Power Steering?

I am pretty sure it was an option though my brat didn't have it.

Some did - upper model GL's, all GL-10's, and all Turbo's.

 

Only the Turbo Brat had PS. No other Brat came with it stock.

Power steering might get in the way on repairs, and suck a bit of power from the motor, but I would rather live with that than the alternative. It makes it easy to turn around on tight Forest Service roads.

it was an option in 1983. I found that alot of California cars got them.

My 82 Gl-10 has it, but it's the oldest one I've seen with it.....

My 83 GL10 has it too.
