I have an 01 Forester with 190k. I am going to get my timing belt replaced (yes I did it at 100K) and water pump. Anything else need be done/replaced while the engine is open?

tensioner possibly....as well as any oil leaks you have....cam seals,crank seal, oil pump..etc.....

tensioner, idler, replace all cam and main seals, re seal the oil pump, replace the drive belts, replace the t-stat and radiator cap, and your good to go.

radiator hoses upper and lower would be a good idea too.

Also replace PVC and Fuel Filter, if not recently done.
