Can i relocate the fuelpump anywhere in my car to prevent further damage to them? I already ripped one out.

yea, you could. I wouldn't put it too far away from the tank though....

 

 

MorganM relocated it where the rear seat was. I had that wagon for awhile, and still know the guy who has it, it's quite loud and obnoxious. but it's safe.

I had a EA81 once that had an aftermarket pump that was mounted under the hood. It never had any trouble, but they are designed to push fuel, not suck fuel... so the closer to the tank the better.
