Well..Thanks to subaru360...it looks like my coupe WILL be making it to Carlisle...have some bugs to work out and the electrical..but he is running again!!

Those are genuine subaru head gaskets. I'd run it a bit more before you retorque them.

I always do, but I think Connie should run the car some more before a retorque

So has anyone found out when the deadline to sign up is? I still haven't and only cause money is a little tight. But I do plan on it, I just don't want to miss the deadline.

hoooooooooly crap im late to the party! i should be there. not sure what car im bringing. everyones seen my wrx a billion times, maybe my coupe will finally be road worthy by then. in the middle of swapping the steering rack right now...

hey Jon..since you and me know that area better then anyone ( for those who dont know...Carlisle and surrounding area is my home town)..maybe we can set up a scenic cruise or something.....just a thought ( or take them up into Perry County..Pa version of Deliverance:grin: )

 

It would be cool to go up Wagners gap...but I dont think the old schoolers could pull that mountain. Awesome view of the valley from the top.

LOL Paulyburger.....If I have the coupe there..it would be one of them..hahahaha Heck even my 70 Mustang 289 had troubles with Wagners gap

I'll take a few passengers in my wrx wagon. That won't have any problems getting up hills :grin: Looks like I will bring that and the 360 as of now.
